I promised “Insane Luxury” and I think you’d have to agree, I delivered on the promise, right?  Beautifully Coastal to be sure… BUT …

If you know me at all by now, you probably know I appreciate all types of architecture and interior design, but my personal preference for my home design is much more about seaside cozy comfort.  Having said that, this home is amazing! I die when I think of living amongst all these windows and this unending coastal view. Truly Beautifully Coastal!

So my big question for me would be “how could I “warm” this seaside home up and create the cozy comfort I crave in this contemporary dwelling”.  Trust me… I’d find a way!

What about you?  Would you move right in, just the way it is, or would you want to cozy it up? I mean… presuming you could afford the $14,100,000 selling price … just in case you were wondering {wink}

Peace, Love, and Insane Coastal Luxury,

Wow! Cool, but WHO and I mean WHO lives like that? Billionaires, obviously. :-) AND its probably only 1 home they own. We can dream. I am with you, prefer the cozy coastal for everyday living, but I would’t say NO if this house were given to me. :-)

Hi Vaculver, welcome to BC!  Here’s a bit more info on this home, in case you’re curious … this home was actually built as a spec home and sat empty for several years. The build price was around 25m and the original asking price was 45m. As it turns out, this all happened just as the economy was crashing. The original builder went bankrupt after hanging on for a few years and after this went to auction (by the Bank of America) and getting no qualified bids, this was ultimately sold to an investor from Palm Beach.  He purchased it for a mere 14.1m … and you’re right, this isn’t his only home!  BTW, I sure wouldn’t say “NO” either ;)
